Product description
The YT-74225 shock absorber with two straps and a set of carabiners is an element of the fall arrest system connecting the safety harness with the anchor point. The shock absorber with a double strap is dedicated to work in places with a narrow field of maneuver and the need to frequently change the anchoring point, e.g. when working on scaffolding, trusses or booms. The use of hook fasteners with a large clearance allows you to quickly switch alternately while moving, thus maintaining the continuity of the belaying. The shock absorber is made of a properly sewn polyester tape. When arresting a fall, specially designed seams tear gradually, slowing down the speed of the fall

The YT-74225 shock absorber with a strap and two carabiners has been tested in an EU-accredited laboratory and meets the requirements of EN 355: 2002.

SECURITY AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Confirmation of compliance with the standards primarily guarantees the user's safety, but also protects both the employee and the employer against financial consequences resulting from penalties imposed by the labor inspection institution.
